Using the\r\n            machine under such circumstances may cause it to break down.<\/p>\r\n        <p>To prevent machine breakdowns, use the self-diagnosis menu to determine if it is necessary to\r\n            replace or repair parts.<\/p>\r\n        <p><strong>Inspection items<\/strong><\/p>\r\n        <ol>\r\n            <li>Spindle bearing<\/li>\r\n            <li>Table rotation drive<\/li>\r\n            <li>Table rotation lubricating oil inlet<\/li>\r\n            <li>Table feed equipment<\/li>\r\n            <li>Table feed lubricating oil<\/li>\r\n            <li>Grinding head vertical feed and spindle lubricating grease<\/li>\r\n            <li>Magnetic chuck<\/li>\r\n        <\/ol>\r\n        <div class=\"text-center\">\r\n            <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shi-ftec.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/service_img12.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"\r\n                    src=\"https:\/\/www.shi-ftec.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/service_img12.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"794\" height=\"676\"\r\n                    class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1337\" \/><\/a>\r\n            <p>Figure 1 Machine inspection position<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <p>If any of the following applies, the machine may be close to breaking down even if it is\r\n            still running.First, please check each of the following items.<\/p>\r\n        <p>\u2460Spindle bearing<\/p>\r\n        <ol>\r\n            <li>There is a strange noise when the Hydrostatic\u3000bearing spindle is rotating.<\/li>\r\n            <li>It feels strange when it is rotated manually.<\/li>\r\n            <li>There is a strange noise and vibrations when grinding a workpiece.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ol>\r\n\r\n        <p>\u2461Table rotation drive<br \/>\u2462Table rotation lubricating oil inlet<\/p>\r\n        <ol>\r\n            <li>There is a strange noise and vibrations when the table is rotating.<\/li>\r\n            <li>The motor thermal protection for table rotation falls off frequently.<\/li>\r\n            <li>There is a strange noise from the Cyclo speed reducer for table rotation.<\/li>\r\n            <li>The lubricating oil has not been changed for a while. (There are two inlets at the top\r\n                and bottom.)<\/li>\r\n        <\/ol>\r\n\r\n        <p>\u2463Table feed equipment<\/p>\r\n        <ol>\r\n            <li>There is rattling during table foward\/backward feed.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Lubricating oil is not applied to the table front\/rear feed slideway. (Inspect by\r\n                touch.)<\/li>\r\n            <li>Sludge has accumulated on the table front\/rear feed slideway. (Inspect by touch.)<\/li>\r\n            <li>The motor thermal protection for table front\/rear feed falls off frequently.<\/li>\r\n            <li>There is a strange noise from the cyclo reduction gear for table front\/rear feed.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Sludge has accumulated on the rack and pinion drive system. (Inspect by touch.)<\/li>\r\n        <\/ol>\r\n\r\n        <p>\u2464Table feed lubricating oil<br \/>\u2465Grinding head vertical feed and principle spindle\r\n            lubricating grease<\/p>\r\n        <ol>\r\n            <li>The lubricating oil or grease does not decrease.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ol>\r\n\r\n        <p>\u2466Magnetic chuck<\/p>\r\n        <ol>\r\n            <li>There is a large scratch and dent on the top surface of the magnetic chuck.<\/li>\r\n            <li>The adsorption power of the magnetic chuck has dropped compared to the beginning.<\/li>\r\n            <li>The demagnetizing ability of the magnetic chuck has dropped compared to the beginning.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n        <\/ol>\r\n        <p>Abnormalities will start to appear before a machine breaks down. They may turn out to be\r\n            minor issues if detected early, but they can cause secondary or tertiary breakdown if\r\n            detected late, so it is important to take note of the condition of the machine when using\r\n            it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p>Please contact us if any of the above applies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h3>Updating control devices that cannot be repaired<\/h3>\r\n        <p>Some control devices installed in our grinding machines cannot be repaired after the\r\n            production has stopped and the applicable service period has passed, even if they are\r\n            broken. If a part of the device breaks down, the entire device needs to be replaced.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <p>Some devices may take a while to prepare, so there is a risk that they may need to be stopped\r\n            for a long period of time after they break down. As preventive maintenance, we recommend\r\n            updating control devices before that happens.<\/p>\r\n        <p>The list below is an example of such devices.
