Foreign Objects Distinguishing/Auto Discharge Function Capable of Handling Large Bulk Loading

  • Crushing area is wide so large bulk dumps can be made and processed with no problem.
  • Completely discharges foreign material through a gate by means of an air cylinder. (Up to a size of O25 x 50mm for the C-180H & C-180HW, and O35 x 100mm for C-180HD & C-180HWD.)
  • Once foreign material has been discharged, the equipment automatically returns back to normal operation.
  • In the case of an overload of only chips, the equipment automatically alternates between forward drive and reverse drive and then returns back to normal operation.
  • Decreases chip volume to 1/5 ~ 1/10.
  • Slow cutter method which allows for variable input methods.
  • Low noise levels to decrease impact on workers.
