Totally unmanned chip processing realized

  • Discharges foreign material through a gate by means of an air cylinder.
  • Realizing a level of foreign material discharge not possible in previous Small Size Crushers (up to a size of O20 × 50mm).
  • Once foreign material has been discharged, the equipment automatically returns back to normal operation.
  • In the case of an overload of only chips, the equipment automatically alternates between forward drive and reverse drive and then returns back to normal operation.
  • Decreases chips capacities to 1/5 - 1/10.
  • Slow cutter method which allows variable input methods.
  • Low noise levels to decrease impact on workers.
