Batch Loads of Up To Two Drums Possible

  • Due to the fact that the hopper opening and cutter section are the same dimensions, the bridging phenomenon is avoided and chips are crushed completely.
  • A unique screw moves chips toward the center of the equipment where they are crushed in the cutter.
  • Cutters, make of special steel and in block style, are fixed with bolts for inexpensive and quick changeovers.
  • Upon the insertion of foreign material or upon an overload, a unique control device developed by Ohtsuka detects the problem and turns off the machine automatically.
