Reducing the burden on the next process

  • The special screw brings chips to the center, and the center cutter cuts them. As the peripheral part of this special screw cuts chips, the operation progresses most efficiently.
  • The special steel cutter in the block form is bolted to the spindle, so that it is economical, durable and easy to replace.
  • In case of the entry of foreign objects or overloading, Ohtsuka's original control system automatically detects such abnormality and stops the machine. ( Be sure to remove the foreign objects after the machine has come to a stop. )
