Ultra-Fine Processing / Ultra-Compact Chip Crusher

  • Nearly 100% of chips are reduced to a length of less than 30mm following cutting.
  • The chip capacity reduction proportion is approximately 10 times a typical crusher (a reduction of approximately 1/30 ~ 1/50).
  • Long chips, etc. are easily cut using be means of a unique screw and central rotary cutter.
  • Cutters are bolted to a block made of special steel, which allows for quick changeover, but also results in long life at an expensive price.
  • Upon the insertion of foreign material or upon an overload, a unique control device developed by Ohtsuka detects the problem and turns off the machine automatically
  • (Please remove any foreign material from the machine after stoppage.)
  • Compact, but with more than enough capacity to handle the chip volume of one machine tool used for light or medium-duty cutting
