Original Magnetic Roller

This equipment is a greatly improved new model that is more compact and easier to use than the original. Chips fall off the head rollers smoother than ever. The best feature is that the inner drum, embedded with magnets, moves eccentrically. In turn, the magnets and outer drum rotate simultaneously, providing for smooth transportation of chips.

Features

  • The rollers are constructed of a stainless steel outer drum and inner drum (in which magnets are embedded). The inner drum rotates eccentrically in relationship to the outer drum, with both rotating in the same direction simultaneously. Accordingly, the distance between the magnets and outer drum alternates between being close (strong magnetic attraction) and far (weak magnetic attraction).
  • The numerous rollers are arranged in such a manner that when one roller is at its magnetic weak point, the next roller is at its magnetic strong point.
  • When coolant from a hopper, etc., passes through the spaces between rollers, the chips adhere to the strong magnetic side of the surface of the rollers. As a roller rotates and the magnetically weak side appears, the chips are passed to the strong side of the succeeding roller. As this is repeated at each subsequent roller, the chips are moved upward where they are finally removed from the last roller and dropped in the sludge box. The coolant that passed through the spaces between rollers becomes clean coolant with chips removed.
  • A new model model improves both economy and ease of use.

  • Processing of scaly chips from Multiple Spindle Automatic Machine Tools & Special Machines.
  • Processing of cut chips from Gear Grinding Machiners, Broaching Machines, etc.
  • Applicable for both wet and dry.
