Magnetic Roller Conveyors
Operation Principles
- The magnetic force of powerful magnets rotating beneath the stationary stainless steel slider plate pick-up and carry material.
- As the material nears the conveyor end, the magnets rotate down and away from the slider plate, and the material naturally discharges (drops).

Features
- The magnets and chains are sealed and isolated under the slider plate, therefore preventing material from being chewed.
- As the sliding plate is not rotating, material can not get lodged in the machinery.
- As matrial is magnetically held during transport, is does not scatter even at a 60o elevation.
- Auto-tension is employed so that chain adjustment is not necessary.
- An extended frame can be added to the basic model, allowing any length required.
- In comparison to other conveyors, the PMC is a compact design, and as the entire width is only slightly wider than the effective carrying width, it can be installed easily in a small space.
- Maintenance Free, and Long Life.
