Construction

  • The machine is constructed of a drum filter for coolant filtering, an auto back-flush device for preventing clogging, and a conveyor for chip discharge.
  • The dirty liquid running on the conveyor is precisely filtered when passed through the filter, and chips that have settled inside the conveyor are quickly discharged by the scrapper.
  • The small chip particles that collect on the filter surface are cleaned by the auto back-flush device, preventing clogging.

Uses

  • All types of machine tools.
  • For the processing of coolant containing chips from steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, etc.
