Small-Size Separator for Aluminum.



Compact, and High Efficiency Filtering.

  • A separator designed especially for aluminum chips. Designed based on [Drum Filter for Coolant Filtering] [Automatic Backwash Device for Filter Clogging Prevention] [Conveyor for Chip Discharge].
  • Equal in processing capacity to previous models, but more compact and lower in height.
  • Precision filtering of dirty coolant (inflow from conduit filtered through 100 mesh).
  • As cleaning is always occurring by means of the auot backwash device, the filter surface does not clog with fine chips. (Backwash pump is optional.)
  • There are no disposable consumption parts such as paper filters and cartridge filters.
  • This equipment was designed for short aluminum chips. Please contact Ohtsuka to consult regarding long aluminum chips and ferrous chips.
  • The only overload safety device is the motor thermal. A torque limiter is available as an option.
